These Terms govern the use of El Parrillero S.r.l.'s showcase website. Online bookings take place on the dedicated app (elparrillero.app), which is subject to its own terms.

2. Purpose of the site
This is an informational showcase site: it presents the restaurant, the menu, events and contact details. It does not sell goods or services online and does not handle payments.
3. Bookings and service
Bookings are made via the app (elparrillero.app), phone or WhatsApp. Restaurant service is provided at the Busto Arsizio premises under the conditions communicated at the time. Menu, prices, hours and availability may change without notice.
4. Intellectual property
The "El Parrillero" trademark and the site's texts, images, videos and graphics are owned by El Parrillero S.r.l. or used under licence. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Permitted use
The site may be consulted for personal, informational use. Any unlawful use, mass extraction of content (scraping) and any activity that compromises its operation or security is prohibited.
6. Third-party links and services
The site contains links to external services (booking app, social networks, maps). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
7. Limitation of liability
Information is provided "as is", with the utmost care but without guarantee of completeness or constant updating. El Parrillero S.r.l. is not liable for any errors, site unavailability or damages arising from use.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes are published on this page with the date of the update.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Busto Arsizio has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
